At first thought this may appear to be good news for us brokers but actually it poses an interesting challenge.  Gone are the days of pulling a survey of 20+ listings for your client to &#8220;cherry pick&#8221; from.  Gone are the days of the broker looking like a hero after negotiating deep discounts and hefty concession packages.<br />
Lately, I&#8217;ve been busy scrambling to find the upcoming off market buildings then matching them up with my list of clients. My job is a little like detective work and treasure hunting.  When the pieces come together its a rad feeling!</p>

Since this is my personal website, I&#8217;m posting something more interesting about this, I think&#8230; last Friday my wife and kids came to visit me at my office and I wasn&#8217;t back yet from a meeting, so my wife and daugther wrote little cute sticky notes and placed them all over my office.  On Monday when I got into the office the the Orange County REGISTER was placed on my desk to read and to my surprise Ronnie Thornton and I were included in an article on the front page of the Business Section.  I decided to take a quick picture of it (found in this post) and share it on INSTAGRAM (not a big Facebook fan).  When I was getting ready to share it, I saw the cute little sticky note off to side clearly visible in the picture!  So it made me think&#8230;Front page of the REGISTER,,,or love notes from the wife and kids??? Sorry Register, those sticky notes are of greater true value to me!<br />

<p>Automobile websites these days also make online shopping fun, you can build your dream car with all the features and customizations.  <a href="http://www.teslamotors.com/models/design" target="_blank">Tesla.com&#8217;s</a> website gives you a way to justify your new Tesla purchase with an effective rate calculator, after spending about an hour on their site I could probably sell you one of those cars! I&#8217;m sold : )</p>
<p>Now what about Commercial Real Estate Property, not that easy&#8230; and probably not that fun either if were being honest here.  I enjoy it but then again it&#8217;s my living and commercial real estate is comfortable for me.  But I will agree the process of moving offices is a PAIN. One Sunday afternoon I pulled up <a href="http://www.yelp.com/biz/cratchit-danckuts-irvine?nb=1" target="_blank">YELP.com</a> and found a yound dude with 5 Star ratings near my home in Irvine CA.  I dialed him up and we scheduled a cut.  Zac was renting a chair and building his clientele; we had a nice conversation in English ; ) when I found out he was anxiously looking to move into his own shop, well Zac&#8230;.I&#8217;m in Commercial Real Estate and well,,,that&#8217;s what I do for a living ! </p>
<p>Within about one months time I had negotiated and worked out a deal for him to move into a retail center in Irvine off Yale and Trabuco.  </p>
<p>Fast Foward about a year and his shop is rocking, he is booked about 6 months out and is training more hair cutters. The virtual tour, found below, is from his store opening celebration.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m excited to find his next location which will be closer to the beach, possibly Newport Beach !!!<br />
