Client Spotlight: KONG Company + an adoption story
Interesting story… so my Wife and I were in the Democratic Republic of Congo back in February to pickup our newly adopted son Tyson. Communication to the outside world was challenging but when I heard that a client of mine had referred the KONG Company to me, I was ready to do whatever it took to reach out across the globe to establish this new connection with KONG Company. During that 3 week Africa mission, I had my team at Southwest Commercial working on a escrow for the United Penacostal Church in Long Beach, another escrow for the Patel Law Firm in Laguna Hills and a nice retail lease for Moores Sewing in Corona. Technology and Team work are a beautiful thing when distance and time differences are in play.
Upon my return, we were able to find the KONG Company the perfect building in Long Beach: a brand new, state of the art building with 103,000 square feet of warehouse and office space located directly next to the Long Beach Air Port with close proximity to the ports.
All this to be said, that when you follow God’s will in life, all things work together and fall into place. I’m grateful for my team at Southwest Commercial and all my clients, I consider us as all partners and friends.
