Our brokerage Firm, Southwest Commercial, has represented the Landlord at Grand Dyer Business Park (LINK for Brochure)for decades now. It’s always a triumph to achieve 100% occupancy on a multi tenant business park due to the natural turn over of tenants expanding and contracting.
In December of 2013 we were able to celebrate that 100% mark with our Landlord by representing Sugar Free Photography on a lease at the center. Sugar Free Photography is a wonderful success story of a entreprenual photographer whos talents have taken her business from the house to business status! It’s always exciting to listen and learn from new companies that “bootstrap” their way into success!
